Our professional maids will help keep your home looking and smelling clean and fresh, so you don't have to. Prior to your first cleaning, we will arrange for a representative from Cross Services Group to meet you at your home to discuss your cleaning needs.
Things you can expect from MaidPro:
- Fully insured and bonded service providers
- Screened service providers (prior to them starting work for us)
- Uniformed Maids
- Team method of cleaning (at least two service providers in your home)
- We try our very best to send the same team to your home (at least one person will be familiar with your home)
- We bring all our own cleaning supplies and vacuum (unless otherwise specified)
- Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly schedule
- Move in or move out cleaning
- Special Occasion cleaning (holidays, birthdays, anniversaries)
- Courteous professionals answering the phones who can help you to schedule an appointment, take a special cleaning request or answer any questions you may have
- Periodic follow-up survey and quality control phone calls to assure of your complete satisfaction
